in the parish.
1530. Matters arising
from minutes of last meeting.
Dunstan Water Leak & Road Surface.
No work can be carried out until the weather improves, CC John Taylor
has been visiting the areas suffering from land slips - the repair
estimate is approx. £30 million pounds. The Government has allocated
approx. £7 million pounds extra towards the repair of potholes.
Our roads are not as good as built up areas & the potholes are only
being filled not properly repaired so they return very quickly.
Action Point: Clerk to forward our
concerns/minutes to the Gazette.
Action Point: CC
John Taylor to find out if we can put a surcharge on the car parking to
be ring fenced for road surface repairs.
The Dunstan water
leak problem, which has been ongoing now for approximately 8 years will
not be rectified by NCC until the water source is discovered.
Action Point: CC
John Taylor to find out who NCC uses to find water sources & an
estimate of the cost as Craster Parish Council may have to pay for this
service to be carried out to finally get the ball rolling on the repair.

relates to dwellings not holiday homes.
