1153. Apologies for absence.

1154. Confirmation of minutes of last meeting.
The October Minutes were accepted as a true record
with the following addition:-
1146. We have not been requested by residents to deal
with the NWL CPO for Dunstanburgh Road.
1155. NWL Sewerage Update.
Hedley Young from NWL has requested copies of all
public minutes where the NWL CPO is discussed.
1156. Matters arising from minutes of last meeting.
Dunstan Bus Shelter Roof.
DC Carol Grey has discussed this with Richard
Thompson at ADC who thought the work had already been carried out.
Outside Seat at Harbour. Ongoing.
Craster Bus Shelter Drain.
CC John Taylor & DC Carol Grey are dealing
with the drain cover & kerbing outside Mick Oxley’s Studio, Richard
Thompson from ADC will have the drain cleared of rubbish & leaves.
NHS Dentist.
An email has been received from the NHS stating
they are preparing a Dental Commissioning Strategy to look at the
problem in Northumberland.
Dunstan Water Leak. Ongoing.
Windyside Bridge Road
Hazard Signs & Potholes on Littlemill Road.
CC John Taylor is looking into what can be done
& will know more in January.
Cars parking on Whin
Hill.
Mr Robson has told his staff to be more careful
in their parking to ensure larger vehicles can get passed them on Whin
Hill.
Tower Bank White Lines. Ongoing.
Signage for Craster.
It was agreed not to request any further signs within Craster.
1157. Planning Matters.
CC John Taylor, DC Carol Grey & Keith Williams all
declared an interest.
ADC – Conservatory @ 8 South Acres.
No objections.
Planning Approval – Dunstanburgh Castle site
admissions. Noted.
1158. Financial Matters.
The Annual Return was approved & accepted by the
Council.
2009/10 Precept was set at: £5,000.00.

Potholes on the road near Dunstan &
Howick Scar Farm.
Action Point: Clerk to
contact NCC with location of potholes.
Rotten Gate in Craster to
Dunstanburgh Castle.

Harbour Lights.
The light display will be on Friday 21 st
November @ 4,30pm.
CCDT Website.
Michael Craster , Michael Gibbs & DC Carol
Grey will be the points of contact for the Parish Council. The
Development Trust will put updates on concerning the NWL CPO
negotiations.
Footpath down by the bus shelter to the
coastal path.
CC John Taylor maybe able to get funding &
the Parish Council may need to donate £100.00 towards the work.
Craster Water Leak.
DC Carol Grey has reported the leak to NWL.
Charter for Local Councils
CC John Taylor recommends we all read it ref:
rural parishes, parish forums etc He voiced concern about its request
for training for Councillors & Clerks.
Increase in Village Hall rent.
We are awaiting an invoice from the Village Hall
Committee for our additional meetings in October.
