1186. Confirmation of minutes of last meeting.

Both the March Minutes & the NWL March Public Meeting Minutes were accepted as a true record.

1187. NWL Sewerage Update.

Michael Craster advised us on the revised statement for NWL they have agreed to 18 months land lease and then in 1 month increments as necessary. The reinstatement needs to be strengthened and should be the equivalent of a good sound playground with a wood fence. An arbiter is required to oversee the work and Billy Pringle from the Council was suggested.

GF White have been instructed to take our request forward to NWL.

Hedley from NWL has laid out their work schedule and they hope to start in October 09 and complete by April 2010 (6 months) then they will no longer need the land and it can be re-seeded.

A paper has been submitted by Michael Gibbs to be considered by the PC after the DT has had an opportunity to comment on it concerning the allocation of the land compensation. Michael Craster & Carol Grey both declared an interest. The DT always understood that the proceeds would go to them.

Action Point: Clerk to check back through previous minutes for the compensation agreement between the PC & DT, and forward Michael Gibbs paper on to the Craster website.
