Welcome to Craster Methodist Church
The Methodist Church was built in 1880 and the centenary history booklet, '100 Years On', speaks of the the determination and the dedication of the Methodist folk to be a living witness for Christ in Craster. That determination and desire is no less today. A small but dedicated group of Methodists keep the "lamp burning", keeping the light of Christ alive in Craster today.
I moved to Seahouses in September 2006 and have pastoral charge of four churches, Alnwick, Christon Bank, Seahouses and Craster. It is a joy and privilege to work in Craster and good to share worship ecumenically on a monthly basis with our friends from St Peter's Anglican Church. We always offer a warm welcome to the influx of visitors during the summer months. Some visitors retuning year after year.
If you have never been to the Methodist Church we invite you to come and share friendship and fellowship with us, we meet every Sunday at 11 am.
